1. What materials are used in Maven jewellery?
All Maven pieces are handcrafted using brass as the base metal, finished with 22k gold plating. We ensure high-quality craftsmanship, hypoallergenic finishes, anti-tarnish and an artisanal touch in every design.
2. Is your jewellery waterproof?
While our jewellery is water-resistant to an extent, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, lotions, alcohol and harsh chemicals to preserve the gold plating and lustre.
3. How do I take care of my Maven jewellery?
Store your pieces in the original pouch or a dry, fabric-lined box, wipe gently with a soft cloth after use, and keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture. (For full details, see our Product Care Guide).
4. Will the gold plating fade over time?
With proper care, the gold plating lasts well. However, all plated jewellery will naturally wear over time depending on usage and care.
5. Do you offer customization or personalization?
Currently, we don’t offer personalization. However, our design studio may accept limited custom orders during special drops or collaborations. Stay tuned via our newsletter or Instagram.
6. How do I know what size to order?
Most of our jewellery is adjustable or comes in standard sizes.
8. How long will my order take to arrive?
- In India: 4–7 working days.
- International: 10–15 working days. Made-to-order pieces may take slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.
9. Can I return or exchange a piece?
We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery only if the product is unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom and sale pieces are non-returnable. Please read our Return Policy for details.
10. What if I receive a damaged item?
We sincerely apologise if that happens. Please contact our team at hello@yourmaven.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
11. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! All our jewellery comes in premium Maven gift boxes with an optional handwritten note. You can select the gift option during checkout.
